Schuylkill Expressway north to Pennsylvania Turnpike, Valley Forge interchange. Take the Turnpike west to Exit #247 (Harrisburg East). Then I-283 north to I-83 north to I-81 south (towards Carlisle). Leave I-81 at Exit #66 (Front St.) and proceed as above.
From Pittsburgh (Via Turnpike traveling East):
Take the Turnpike to Exit #226 (Carlisle), then I-81 north to Exit #66 and proceed as above.
From Washington, D.C.:
Take I-270 north to Frederick, MD. Take U.S. #15 north through Gettysburg to Harrisburg, crossing the Harvey Taylor Bridge. At the second traffic light (2nd St.), turn left and proceed to Division St.. Turn left on Division St. for one block to Front St.. Bear right and continue north on Front St. about 3 miles and proceed as above.
From New York City:
Take Lincoln or Holland Tunnel to New Jersey Turnpike. Take the Turnpike south to I-287. Follow I-287 north to I-78. Take I-78 west to I-81 south to Harrisburg to Exit #66 (Front St.) and proceed as above.

Take George Washington Bridge west or I-80 west to I-81 south to Harrisburg to Exit #66 (Front St.) and proceed as above.
