| A: | The more complex the case, the longer it takes. You can usually expect it to be anywhere between one to three years for a personal injury case to be resolved. | |

| A: | That depends upon what is best for you. A quick settlement may not be in your best interest. We're prepared to go to court if that's what it takes, and insurance companies know that.
